Low Marks For Bush On Iraq, Economy
(CPOD) Nov. 28, 2003 - Americans give George W. Bush different grades in three key issues, according to a poll by Opinion Dynamics released by Fox News. 57 per cent of respondents approve of the president's handling of the war on terrorism.
Bush gets lower marks on other two important topics. 46 per cent of respondents approve of how the president is dealing with the situation in Iraq, and 43 per cent agree with his economic policies.
Yesterday, Bush made a surprise visit to Baghdad, where he celebrated Thanksgiving Day with American troops.
