Chinese Gauge Threats To World Peace

(CPOD) Dec. 9, 2003 - Chinese citizens believe a neighboring country's nuclear program represents a danger to global stability, according to a poll released by China Youth Daily. 31.4 per cent of respondents believe North Korea is the biggest threat to world peace.
The United States, terrorism and Iraq were also mentioned as unfriendly entities.
Chinese premier Wen Jiabao is currently on an official visit to the United States, Canada, Mexico and Ethiopia.
