Mexicans See Change In White House

(CPOD) Jan. 2, 2004 – Many Mexican citizens think George W. Bush will not be re-elected in the United States, according to a poll by Reforma. 45 per cent of respondents say a Democratic nominee will win the 2004 presidential election.

(CPOD) Jan. 2, 2004 – Many Mexican citizens think George W. Bush will not be re-elected in the United States, according to a poll by Reforma. 45 per cent of respondents say a Democratic nominee will win the 2004 presidential election.

Diplomatic relations between both countries have been strained for the past two years due to a controversial proposal to legalize thousands of Mexicans working in the United States, as well as Mexico’s refusal to support the war in Iraq.
