Managing Director, Angus Reid Public Opinion

Jaideep is the Managing Director of Angus Reid Public Opinion. He advises a wide range of clients in the not-for profit, financial, energy and retail sectors as well as governments at the federal, provincial and municipal level across Canada. Jaideep serves as Angus Reid Public Opinion’s spokesperson and has provided commentary for leading outlets such as the Toronto Star, La Presse, CBC, Radio Canada and CTV on a variety of social, economic and political topics. Prior to joining Angus Reid, Jaideep worked as a senior analyst at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research advising political leaders and governments in Latin America, Europe and Asia on a range of topics including health care reform, poverty reduction, democratic reform, immigration and crime.

Jaideep speaks fluent English, French and Spanish and holds a dual master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Columbia University in Economics and Public Administration. He previously worked as a journalist and has been featured in publications such as the Guardian UK, the Toronto Star and the National Post. Jaideep has a range of hobbies, some of which he is good at including playing guitar, cooking and swimming and some of which tend to end in disaster including gardening and home repair.
