National Widens Lead in New Zealand

(Angus Reid Global Monitor) – New Zealand’s governing Labour party is losing ground to the country’s main opposition organization, according to a poll by AC Nielsen released by Fairfax Newspapers. 56 per cent of respondents would vote for the conservative National party in the next election to the House of Representatives, while 29 per cent would back Labour.
