(CPOD) Apr. 17, 2003 – More Spaniards think their country is welcoming too many immigrants, according to a poll by Gallup Spain. 61.7 per cent of respondents say the country gets more expatriates than it should, a 10 per cent increase since February 2002.
(CPOD) Apr. 13, 2003 – Mexicans have conflicting views on their country’s involvement in the United Nations (UN) Security Council, according to a poll published in Reforma. 46 per cent of respondents say such participation hurts Mexico, while 39 per cent believe it helps the country.

(CPOD) Apr. 8, 2003 – Most Hispanic Americans are backing the war in Iraq, according to a poll by Bendixen & Associates for the Pew Hispanic Center. 61 per cent of respondents say they support the military campaign, compared to 27 per cent who oppose it. Approval for the conflict jumps to 75 per cent when only Hispanics born in the United States are tallied.
