Costa Ricans Endorse Plan to Reduce Pollution

(Angus Reid Global Monitor) – A large majority of people in Costa Rica support a proposal enacted in San José, the capital city, which prohibits every car from being on the road one day a week, according to a poll by CID Gallup. 72 per cent of respondents support this new regulation a lot, and an additional 10 per cent support it moderately.
